A small change in diet can transform your life significantly

Friends, this video changed my life

I was suffering from severe muscle weakness in my legs, so much so that it was difficult getting up once I sat down. I was also having repeated injuries after running, so much so that my running was getting lesser and lesser and slower and slower. I didn't know what was happening. I showed it to my orthopaedic friend, and he prescribed some medicines, which were giving transient relief.

Then a couple of months back I saw this video and thought this is an easy recipe and can be easily done.

Then started having this after every run and miracle happened. Now I was able to get up easily after sitting down on the floor. Now I was running better. And my injuries just healed up and voila didn't have injuries for 2 months.

I was protein deprived in a big way and my muscles were becoming weak. And a high protein milk shake just reversed that in a week.

Those who are vegetarian should certainly try it. The results are just amazing

My recipe:

Ingredients for one person:

1. One medium wati (around 70 grams) of roasted chana dal, also called as daliya.

2. Three to four dates, deseeded

3. 1-2 banana

4. Milk

Directions:

First take one wati of roasted chana daal also called as daliya in a mixer grinder’s grinder and grind it into a powder. Then put 3-4 deseeded dates, and run the machine again for a few seconds. Then put 1-2 banana and again run the machine for a few seconds. Then put milk and run the machine for a minute so that a smoothie is ready.

Have it just after the workout or in the morning.

It's an energy powerhouse and heals up the weakness and wear and tear of the muscles very fast. It can safely be used like a high protein supplement, which is fresh, natural, homemade and chemical free.

Translation:
"Words that are non-agitating, truthful, pleasant, and beneficial; as well as the practice of studying and contemplating scriptures, are considered verbal austerity."

Interpretation:
This verse emphasizes the importance of verbal discipline and the power of speech. It suggests that truthful, non-agitating, pleasant, and beneficial speech, along with the practice of studying and contemplating scriptures, constitute a form of austerity. Such verbal discipline is crucial for personal growth, harmony in relationships, and spiritual advancement.

So, how should the speech be? Truthful, Non-agitating, Pleasant and Beneficial.
If you feel you cannot speak with these 4 essential components, it is better to be quiet!

Write this down on a paper, and paste it in a prominent place in your house, where you can see it everyday!

Interpreted with whatever little knowledge and with great devotion by Suwas Darvekar on 18.2.24
